I'm Khaleel. I live in Riyadh, where I bridge technology and strategy.

I've been passionate about technology for over a decade, starting my journey as a software engineer and evolving into a strategic leader who bridges the gap between technical excellence and business transformation.

My career has taken me from the startup world, where I co-founded and scaled a technology company serving millions of users, to enterprise giants like Nokia and Deloitte, where I led digital transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 clients across multiple countries.

Today, I work with the United Nations Development Programme, leading technology projects that have global impact. I specialize in taking complex technical challenges and turning them into scalable solutions that drive real-world change, from national census platforms to donation systems that collected over $200M in 20 days.

Whether it's implementing microservices architecture, leading agile transformations, or building distributed systems, I believe that the best technology solutions come from understanding both the technical constraints and the human needs they serve.
